Yes, some properties can reach year-on-year net zero. That means the solar system produces about as much electricity over a full year as the property uses over that same year.

  • The goal is to balance annual production and annual usage as closely as possible
  • Net zero over a year is more realistic when usage is stable and roof exposure is good
