For Solar Installers, EPCs & Contractors
Partner with APL for your
solar site assessments.
Three ways to work together — a single assessment when you need extra capacity, a recurring partnership for a steady project flow, or a volume arrangement built around your workflow. Start with a low-risk pilot and scale when you're confident.

Pricing structure
How partnership pricing is built.
APL doesn't publish a one-size-fits-all price list, because the right rate depends on how your business operates. Commercial terms are quoted after a short requirements conversation and are shaped by four factors:
Volume & frequency
The number of assessments per month and how predictable your pipeline is are the largest factors in the per-assessment rate.
Geography & travel
Calgary and surrounding communities form the core service area. Projects further afield account for scheduling and travel requirements.
Reporting requirements
Standard documentation is included. Custom checklists, naming conventions or integrations are reflected in the arrangement.
Scheduling expectations
Turnaround expectations and reserved capacity influence the commercial terms of recurring and volume arrangements.
Single assessments
Quoted per assessment based on location and scope. A practical way to evaluate the service before discussing a recurring arrangement.
Recurring & volume arrangements
Predictable commercial terms billed on an agreed cadence — for example monthly — with rates that reflect your committed volume, geography and reporting requirements.
Every arrangement is quoted individually. Final terms depend on scope, volume, geography, travel requirements and any workflow customization. There is no obligation from a pricing conversation.
Start a pilot
Test the workflow before you commit.
A pilot is the lowest-risk way to evaluate APL. Send a handful of real projects and judge the documentation, communication and turnaround with your own team — no long-term commitment required.

FAQ
Partnership questions, answered.
Is there a minimum volume to become a partner?
No. Companies can start with a single assessment or a short pilot. Recurring and volume arrangements are sized to your actual project flow.
How is pricing determined?
Commercial terms are quoted after a short requirements conversation. The main factors are assessment volume and frequency, geography and travel, and any reporting or workflow customization you need.
Can APL work with our own checklists and report formats?
Where practical, yes. Required photographs, measurement requirements, naming conventions and reporting formats can be aligned with your existing workflow.
Do you offer exclusivity in a territory?
Territory or exclusivity arrangements can be discussed as part of a volume partnership, depending on capacity and service area.
How does billing work for recurring arrangements?
Recurring partnerships are billed on a predictable cadence agreed in advance — for example monthly — based on the commercial terms established for your volume.
Does APL compete with us for installation customers?
No. APL is a field-assessment partner, not a solar installer. We support the companies that sell, design and install solar.
Start the conversation
Tell us about your assessment workflow.
Share a few details about your operation and we'll follow up to discuss the model that fits — a single assessment, a pilot or a recurring partnership.
Not sure which model fits?
Most companies start with a short pilot. It demonstrates documentation quality and turnaround before any recurring terms are discussed.
Want the technical detail first?
The solar site assessment page covers exactly what we document on every property — attic, electrical, meter, exterior and evidence.
Next step
More field capacity, without more headcount.
Whether it's one assessment this month or a recurring arrangement across your pipeline, the conversation starts the same way — tell us about your workflow.
